EuMINe @ MSE 2026: AI-Driven Innovation in Materials Science and Engineering – 29/09-01/10/2026 (Darmstadt, Germany)
The EuMINe COST Action will take part in the Materials Science and Engineering Congress (MSE 2026) with a dedicated symposium focused on Artificial Intelligence, automated workflows and data-centric approaches for materials science and engineering.
The symposium will bring together researchers working in materials informatics, AI, modelling and simulation, data infrastructures and research automation, providing an opportunity to present recent advances, exchange expertise and strengthen connections between European and international initiatives in digital materials research.
📌 Symposium D08 – AI-Driven Innovation in Materials Science and Engineering
Symposium D08 – “AI-Driven Innovation in Materials Science and Engineering: Toward Automated and Data-Centric Research” is co-organized by COST Action CA22143 – European Materials Informatics Network (EuMINe) and will take place from 29 September to 01 October 2026 as part of MSE 2026.
The symposium will focus on the use of AI as an enabling technology within interoperable, automated and data-centric research environments, addressing the integration of heterogeneous experimental and simulation data, FAIR data infrastructures, automated workflows and AI-integrated platforms for advanced materials research.
